Recent technological advancements in the field of psychometry allow us to more effectively dry water-damaged areas through the manipulation of temperature and relative humidity. Using specialized equipment such as infrared cameras, we can detect and measure moisture levels. Sensitive moisture detectors, like hygrometers, are used to measure moisture saturation levels.

When we are mitigating water damage, we use powerful submersible and gas-powered pumps to remove high-level water, and we use truck-mounted and portable extraction pumps that perform efficient water removal. Additionally, air scrubbers, thermal foggers, and deodorization agents, and OSHA-approved sanitizing and anti-microbial treatments are used when needed to stop the growth of bacterial, fungi, mildew, and other harmful microorganisms.
